All exchanges and returns must be requested within 10 days from the invoice date for Asian orders, or within 20 days for overseas orders. However, all return requests — whether for local or overseas deliveries — must be submitted online at (https://flame-tea.com/). For more details, please contact our customer service team. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
