This Pomelo Oolong Cold Brew artfully combines the mellow depth of oolong with the refreshing quality of pomelo for a uniquely crisp experience. Our recipe is specially optimized for cold brewing: we use a lightly oxidized, low-roasted High-Mountain Oolong, known for its natural orchid and creamy notes, which releases its sweetness efficiently in cold water. It’s blended with real pomelo zest and natural flavor, capturing its distinctive fresh aroma and a hint of pleasant bitterness for complexity.
Simply add the tea bag to a water bottle, top up with cold water, and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. The cold brew process is exceptionally gentle, avoiding any astringency while fully preserving the oolong’s sweetness and the pomelo’s bright fragrance. The liquor is a clear, pale golden yellow. The first sip is incredibly refreshing.
