This Jasmine Oolong Cold Brew masterfully combines the fresh floral aroma of jasmine with the mellow depth of oolong tea, creating a synergistic flavor experience greater than the sum of its parts. Our recipe is specially optimized for cold brewing: we start with a lightly oxidized High-Mountain Oolong base that undergoes traditional jasmine scenting process, then precisely blend to ensure both aromas release perfectly during cold brewing.
Simply add the tea bag to a water bottle, top up with cold water, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. The cold brew process gently extracts the oolong’s sweetness and jasmine’s delicate fragrance without any bitterness. The liquor is a clear, pale golden yellow.
