This Osmanthus Oolong Cold Brew artfully combines the sweet fragrance of autumn osmanthus with the mellow depth of oolong tea for an elegantly refreshing iced drink experience. Our recipe is specially optimized for cold brewing: we use a lightly oxidized High-Mountain Oolong, known for its natural floral and creamy notes, which releases its sweetness beautifully in cold water. It’s blended with premium osmanthus blossoms harvested in golden autumn to capture their warm, honeyed essence.
Simply add the tea bag to a water bottle, top up with cold water, and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. The cold brew process is exceptionally gentle, avoiding any astringency while fully preserving the oolong’s mellowness and osmanthus’s sweet aroma. The liquor is a clear, golden yellow.
